Since the start of the industrial age, temperature has been used as an indication of machine health. Excessive temperatures, or sometimes the lack thereof, are clear indications of impending problems which are completely invisible to the naked eye. Everything that has a temperature above absolute zero (-273.15 ℃) emits radiation. This radiation is converted by the infrared camera into a visual image which we then accurately analyse using the latest computer software. We then provide you with a complete and easy to understand report within 48 hrs of completing the survey.
Adding our thermal surveys as an integral part of your proactive maintenance program will yield many benefits to you as our client. Below we have listed five key benefits that we can help you achieve by bringing visible solutions to your invisible problems.
